Behavioral Health Aide

Marion County Health and Human Services is seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to provide person-centered mental health treatment services in a 24-hour residential clinical setting for adults with serious mental illness. The role involves working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess client needs, facilitate therapeutic groups, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. This part-time, relief, and on-call temporary position requires a current driver's license and may involve graveyard coverage.
