Behavioral Health Associate

The Behavioral Health Associate serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, monitoring client behaviors and providing continuous care and supervision in a psychiatric facility. This role involves assisting with data collection, managing crisis and medical emergencies, and facilitating therapeutic groups to help clients achieve treatment goals. The professional also ensures a safe, structured environment by conducting safety checks, checking for contraband, and coordinating client activities.
