Behavioral Health Associate

The Behavioral Health Associate works under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor patient behaviors and provide continuous care. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, conducting safety checks, and facilitating educational groups to support patient treatment goals. The associate is also responsible for recording patient data, responding to crises, and maintaining a safe and structured environment.
