Behavioral Health Associate

The Behavioral Health Associate works under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor patient behaviors and provide continuous care. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, maintaining a safe environment, and facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups to support treatment goals. The associate is also responsible for recording patient data, taking vital signs, and responding to crisis situations as needed.
