Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is a Dayton-based nonprofit that empowers people with disabilities and others facing barriers to independence by providing employment, education, and support services. The agency runs 40+ programs across 29 counties in Ohio’s Miami Valley, including job readiness and community programs, retail stores and donation sites, computer and electronics recycling, and a Goodwill auto auction. Revenue from retail and recycling operations helps fund workforce development and services that improve participants’ independence and quality of life.
