Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator

The Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator supports coordinated, patient-centered care by managing behavioral health front-office operations, referrals, and communication among patients, providers, and outside agencies. This full-time role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and facilitating communication to address medical, mental health, housing, and food needs. The position also handles patient registration, insurance verification, and provides administrative support to the Clinical Director.
