This onsite full-time position involves working with children, adolescents, and families to provide behavioral health services within the IBHS framework. The role focuses on reviewing and authorizing mental health and substance abuse services, ensuring medical necessity, and coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The clinician will also engage in crisis intervention, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
