Behavioral Health Consultant

This role provides behavioral health consultation using a team-based model to children, adolescents, adults, and families to enhance psychosocial functioning. The position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing behavioral health conditions, and developing effective treatment plans. It also includes providing individual therapy, managing crisis situations, and collaborating with primary care teams to improve patient self-management of chronic diseases.
