Behavioral Health Consultant

This outpatient Behavioral Health Consultant role provides brief, evidence-based interventions alongside Primary Care Providers in an integrated, community-focused care setting. The position offers a collaborative, team-based approach to supporting patients' physical and emotional well-being through both in-person and telehealth visits. It features a Monday-Friday schedule with no call requirements and utilizes a brief treatment model within an integrated electronic health record system.
