Behavioral Health Counselor

Cornerstone Family Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join its growing Behavioral Health team, providing diagnostic evaluations, psycho-social assessments, and individual or group psychotherapy to patients with mental health or substance use challenges. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and specialized treatment programs to build treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure integrated care across the organization. The position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, providing in-service training, and participating in virtual on-call schedules and late shifts.
