The Behavioral Health Mentor provides temporary relief and support to foster caregivers, assisting with behavior management and crisis de-escalation to help youth transition to stable environments. This role involves engaging with clients and families using trauma-informed models and collaborative problem-solving strategies. The position requires a minimum of 3-5 hours of work per month.
