The Behavior Response Team Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is part of an Advanced Practice Nurse-led team providing inpatient stabilization and treatment for patients experiencing agitation related to behavioral health, medical, or substance use needs. The role focuses on proactively mitigating agitation and reducing workplace violence through rounding, consultation, and development of evidence-based treatment plans. The position also supports bedside staff education and contributes to program development and quality improvement.
