Behavioral Health Services

This position provides in-home, community-based, and telehealth treatment services to a caseload of individuals aged 55 and over with mental health diagnoses. The role involves delivering clinically appropriate psychoeducation, advocacy, and coordination of services while engaging clients in developing treatment goals and maintaining necessary documentation. Licensed staff may also perform assessments and support day treatment groups as needed.
