About this role
The Behavioral Health Specialist I provides care and ensures safety for children and adolescents within an inpatient psychiatric setting as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. The role supports the therapeutic milieu and implements program structure and documentation under the direction of a Registered Nurse and unit leadership. Position is based at Bradley Hospital and reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager/Unit Charge RN.
