Behavioral Health Specialist I at Brown University Health provides direct care and safety to children and adolescents in an inpatient/partial psychiatric program as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. The role supports the therapeutic milieu, implements and documents care plans under RN direction, and assists with patient-family interactions and transitions into the hospital setting. The position works night shifts and focuses on maintaining a safe, structured environment for emotionally impaired youth.
