About this role
The Behavioral Health Specialist I provides direct care and ensures safety for children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. The role supports implementation and documentation of a therapeutic milieu under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Program leadership. This position works onsite at Bradley Hospital and participates in patient admissions, transitions, and family support.
