About this role
Provides behavioral health assessments, develops and implements individualized treatment goals, and delivers therapeutic interventions to address patients' mental health needs within Lehigh Valley Health Network. Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary care team privileged by the Department of Psychiatry and facilitates referrals and care transitions across the network and community. Completes timely medical record documentation in accordance with program, departmental, regulatory, and payor standards.
