About this role
The Behavioral Health Specialist I provides direct care and ensures safety for children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager/Charge RN, the role supports the interdisciplinary treatment team and contributes to the therapeutic milieu while documenting observations and supporting families during admission and transition.
