Behavioral Health Technician supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health or substance use challenges in facility-based crisis and residential treatment settings. The role operates within RHA Health Services’ trauma-informed, person-centered care model on the day shift and contributes to a safe, therapeutic environment. This is a regular, non-supervisory frontline position working directly with the people served.
