Behavioral Health Tech - Day Shift

The Behavioral Health Tech provides direct support, supervision, and therapeutic assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health or substance use challenges in facility-based, crisis, or residential treatment settings. This role focuses on maintaining safety, supporting stabilization, monitoring behaviors, and implementing treatment interventions to promote the emotional and physical well-being of each individual served. The position supports a trauma-informed, person-centered environment and ensures that care is delivered with dignity, respect, and cultural humility.
