Behavioral Health Tech Nights

The Behavioral Health Tech provides direct support, supervision, and therapeutic assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges in facility-based or residential settings. This role focuses on maintaining safety, monitoring behaviors, implementing treatment interventions, and promoting the emotional and physical well-being of each individual served. The position supports a trauma-informed, person-centered environment to ensure care is delivered with dignity and respect.
