Behavioral Health Tech

The Behavioral Health Tech provides direct patient care and therapeutic support on a behavioral health unit, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient status. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, the tech helps maintain a safe environment, participates in safety rounds, and supports crisis interventions and group activities. The role also involves collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, assisting with clinical procedures, and contributing to staff education and unit improvement initiatives.
