Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Supervisor

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to the BHT team while supporting the day-to-day operations of an adult Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program. This position is responsible for staff scheduling, training, development, performance support, and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage to meet the needs of the program and clients. The BHT Supervisor works closely with clinical and program leadership to promote quality client care, staff accountability, operational consistency, and compliance with organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
