Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

The Behavioral Health Technician supports youth with significant emotional and behavioral needs in a long-term inpatient setting at RiverValley Behavioral Health Children’s Hospital. This role focuses on providing structured stabilization and intensive skill development over a 6 to 9-month period for patients who have not succeeded in less intensive environments. The position involves maintaining a safe, trauma-informed milieu while assisting with daily living needs and therapeutic programming.
