Behavioral Health Technician

This role supports the creation of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by observing and recording behaviors under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position involves implementing behavioral interventions as outlined in treatment plans and conducting educational groups with appropriate training. Additional duties may include medication administration for long-term residential populations if trained as a Certified Medication Technician.
