Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician provides one-to-one behavioral management interventions to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances in home, school, or community settings. This role supports families and responsible adults to prevent restrictive services or out-of-home placement while implementing treatment plans to stabilize the child and develop self-management skills. The position involves direct service, documentation, planning, and collaboration with the treatment team to achieve desired therapeutic goals.
