Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technicians interact with clients throughout the shift to assist with functional needs and manage the daily milieu of the facility. The role ensures client safety, maintains a therapeutic environment, and requires identifying cues indicating changes in client status. BHTs are responsible for documenting client records and communicating proactively with clinical team members and supervisors.
