Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technicians interact with clients throughout the shift to assist and support them with functional needs while managing the daily facility milieu. The role ensures client safety, maintains a therapeutic environment, and requires identifying cues that may indicate changes in a client's status. BHTs are responsible for documenting client records and communicating proactively with clinical team members and supervisors.
