Behavioral Health Therapist

Provides brief mental health and substance use intervention services to patients in an outpatient family practice FQHC, delivering evidence‑based therapy in person and via telehealth. Works within an integrated care setting, collaborating with health center staff and community partners to assess, treat, and coordinate care for children, adolescents, and adults.
