About this role
An Inpatient Behavioral Health Worker at Southern NH Medical Center provides care for adults with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders within an 18-bed voluntary behavioral health unit. The role is part of the Patient Care Services team and reports to the Director of Behavioral Health Services while working under the direction of registered nurses. New hires complete a competency-based orientation program to become proficient serving the behavioral health patient population.
