The Behavioral Insights Lead - Bitcoin will lead a team within Cash App’s Behavioral Insights Team focused on detecting and preventing Bitcoin and cryptocurrency-related fraud. The role partners closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to drive risk mitigation, model validation, and platform protection. The lead will also represent findings to leadership, shape investigative frameworks, and scale processes to reduce financial exposure while championing the customer experience.
