About this role
A Behavioral Resource Technician provides continuous safety observation for assigned patients in a behavioral health setting, ensuring they do nothing to harm themselves or others. The role involves interacting with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner and delivering basic care such as bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulating, and repositioning. The BRT documents patient status every 15 minutes and reports any changes in condition or behavior to the nurse.
