About this role
A Behavioral Resource Technician provides intermittent or close observation of behavioral health patients to maintain safety and prevent harm or elopement. The role includes basic patient care tasks (bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulating) as assigned and ongoing communication with nursing staff. The BRT documents patient status regularly and participates in required trainings and competency validations.
