About this role
A Behavioral Resource Technician on the In-patient Flex Team provides continuous one-to-one observation and care for behavioral health patients in a hospital setting. The role focuses on maintaining patient safety, monitoring condition and behavior, and supporting basic activities of daily living. This position is part of Baystate Health’s behavioral health services and works closely with nursing and multidisciplinary staff.
