Behavioral Safety Coordinator

This role coordinates behavioral safety and compliance functions to ensure all safety issues are resolved and compliance matters are maintained as prescribed by OSHA and Kroger Technology. The position serves as a liaison between manufacturing associates and management, facilitating safety committees, training, and accident investigations to meet plant safety goals. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining safety data, supporting SQF 2000 systems, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the manufacturing environment.
