Behavioral Support Paraprofessional

This role provides one-on-one or small group support to students with disabilities who exhibit significant physical aggression and emotional, physical, or mental impairments. The position involves implementing behavioral plans, reinforcing learning skills, and maintaining a safe learning environment under the supervision of certified staff. The incumbent is responsible for de-escalating challenging behaviors, collecting daily data, and ensuring student safety across various school settings.
