Behavioral Support Professional

This role involves providing hands-on behavioral support to a young adult with autism, utilizing ABA and Positive Behavior Support strategies to build skills, increase independence, and enhance communication. The position requires implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a team to support the individual's daily living and community participation. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling across various shifts.
