The Behavioral Health Technician, Child Crisis works within Monarch’s crisis program to support children and adolescents and their families who are experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. The role is client-facing and focused on promoting safety, recovery-oriented care, and a therapeutic environment within a crisis stabilization unit. Team members work closely with clinical staff and community partners to support continuity of care.
