Behavioral Technician

The Behavioral Technician assists school staff with instructional programs and supports the needs of students at Aberdeen Middle School. This full-time, ten-month position focuses on monitoring student behavior, implementing intervention plans, and managing behavioral crises under the direction of school administration and specialists. The role requires building positive relationships with students and colleagues while accurately documenting student progress and behavior data.
