Behavioral Therapist

This role provides clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, delivering discipline-specific treatment for individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, and other conditions. The position oversees all components of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to best-practice guidelines for assigned caseloads and regions. The Behavioral Therapist facilitates behavior programs, conducts assessments, and serves as a liaison between the organization, families, and community agencies.
