Behavioral Therapist

The Behavioral Therapist supports the Enhanced Care Management program in the Riverside region by providing community-based behavioral health engagement, screening support, and referral coordination for individuals with mental health, substance use, and complex social needs. This non-clinical coordination role works within a multidisciplinary team to assist with member care coordination, crisis escalation, and follow-up while maintaining professional boundaries. The position requires conducting in-person visits, documenting services accurately, and collaborating with care managers to ensure comprehensive support for enrolled members.
