Behaviorist

The Behaviorist at CW Resources plays a key role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve greater independence and build meaningful life skills. This position involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior support plans, and providing training and supervision to rehabilitation staff. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure compliance with state regulations and promote positive outcomes.
