Behaviour and Nurture Specialist

The Behaviour and Nurture Specialist leads and supervises the school's Behaviour and Nurture Room, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role focuses on supporting emotional regulation, behavioural support, and targeted interventions to promote positive behaviour and successful reintegration into class. This position requires close collaboration with teaching staff, pastoral teams, therapists, families, and external agencies to ensure student wellbeing and engagement.
