Behaviour Therapist

The Behaviour Therapist provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) based services to individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions and/or mental health needs, delivering frontline care in one-to-one and group settings. The role involves conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing therapeutic treatment programs, and participating in multidisciplinary case conferencing under the clinical supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst. This position supports safety initiatives and promotes quality improvement across inpatient, outpatient, and community environments.
