# Valet / Bell Attendant **Location:** Resort (Sycuan Management) --- ## Job Purpose - Provide valet parking, shuttle service for team members, on‑ and off‑site transportation, and bell‑service duties for guests. --- ## Job Duties & Responsibilities | Percentage | Duties | |------------|--------| | **30 %** | **Valet Parking** – Collect guest keys, issue identification receipts, tag keys & vehicles, inspect for existing damage, park vehicles, retrieve vehicles on request, and record all information in the Computerized Valet Parking System. | | **20 %** | **Guest Relations** – Greet guests courteously, assign & log wheelchair usage, and report any guest complaints to the Transportation Shift Manager. | | **20 %** | **Bell & Door Attendant Service** – Welcome guests, escort them to the front desk, transport luggage to/from rooms, explain room features and resort amenities, store luggage as requested, open main doors for departing guests, and thank guests on departure. | | **10 %** | **Transportation (On/Off‑Site)** – Operate transportation vehicles, pick up tribal, casino, resort, or marketing guests, and drive them to requested destinations. | | **10 %** | **Team‑Member Shuttle Monitoring** – Ride assigned buses, ensure passenger safety, collect shuttle‑related information, assist with club‑card inquiries, and help guests on/off the bus. | | **10 %** | **Safe Transportation Practices** – Drive within speed limits, follow all safety precautions, and maintain vehicle safety. | *Note: Duties may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management.* --- ## Job Specifications ### Education & Experience | Requirement | Details | |-------------|---------| | **Essential** | • Valid California Driver’s License in good standing
• Minimum 6 months guest‑service experience | | **Desirable** | • High School Diploma, Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D.
• Bell & door service experience at a premium hotel
