Bench General Manager

As a Bench General Manager, this leadership role steps in to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations and serves as an Acting General Manager when needed. The position focuses on driving operational excellence in food quality and safety while building a strong pipeline of future leaders through active mentoring and coaching. Candidates will manage labor and food costs, resolve escalated guest concerns, and partner with district managers to execute strategic initiatives and community engagement efforts.
