The Benefit Verification and Authorization Specialist supports patients referred to Option Care Health by completing benefit verification and authorization activities for new referrals quickly and accurately. This role works directly with payers to interpret medical policies, obtain authorizations, and communicate coverage details to Patient Access staff to ensure timely onboarding.
