The Benefits Account Manager will support large employee benefits clients (100+ lives) within HUB’s Employee Benefits Insurance team, acting as a primary client-facing resource and part of a multidisciplinary service team. The role is based in downtown San Antonio, TX and transitions to a hybrid schedule after onboarding. The position focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience and ensuring clients are supported across benefits programs.
