Responsibilities

Own the client onboarding journey and drive group renewal processes.
Support HUB teams with technical issues and provide ongoing system training.
Perform cross-company system audits to prevent financial risks.
Monitor and assist in the setup of EDI, XML, and API files.
Submit escalated service tickets and enhancement requests for BenAdmin.
