Benefits Administrator

The position administers various benefit programs, including the 403(b) Plan, Accumulated Sick Leave for Health Reimbursement Account, and life insurance programs, while ensuring accurate tax reporting and compliance with IRS guidelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and third-party administrators to process benefit enrollments, payments, and claims.
